Our April visit

A visit to your incredible gardens has been on my wife's "Bucket List" for some time. In April 2011 we toured with Viking River Cruises and finally had our opportunity to see the bulbs. An experience of a lifetime! They make our small 3,000 tulip garden look humble indeed.  The colors and displays were in full bloom during our April 27 visit and something we will always remember, especially when we browse through our photos and videos.

I picked up a Keukenhof card when there offering to send a wonderful pack of bulbs in exchange for our opinion abot the visit, however I could find no place on your website to do this.

une merveille

nous avons effectué un voyage en HOLLANDE au mois d'avril et nous avons été émerveillés par tous ces parterres de tulipes multicolores. D'ailleurs nous avons passé commande pour le mois d'octobre et espérons réussir nos massifs pour le printemps ! encore félicitations

Beautiful creation

 I came all the way from South America just to see the beauty of the Keukenhof Gardens. I knew they were closing May 20th 2011 but still wanted to see them and did all I could to be there at least the last day. I still saw beautiful flowers even when most of them, specially the tulips were gone. I was still excited of finding beautiful surroundings and I will definitely come back next or following year just to see the gardens in a better season, by the end of April. I want to thank the Keukenhof for the fantastic time I had there, it was great to see such a beautiful place, it was like a small paradise. It was a beautiful taste of creation.

Disappointing

 I visited the park on May 19 and to my surprise there are no tulips,  the fields were only green, it was disappointing. I was outraged and felt totally cheated. If the flowers die you keep the park open? Or why did not you warn the park site in the last days there will be no more flowers? Will you have the courage to charge the same price with much input from the attraction missing? I only spent 3 days in Amsterdam on the way to Athens for a conference, I left Brazil (11hs trip) I stopped in Amsterdam just to go to the park, but if I knew that would not be flowery park would not have gone. I did not find any notice on its website on the blooming period, warning that match any in the last days would find practically nothing. In my country that is false advertising and is penalized. Unfortunately the lack of complete honesty on the part of the park made ​​a great frustration that can not be repaired. I wish you could do something about it and not continue to fool unsuspecting tourists who can not know when the flowers die or at least the possibility of this happening, but I do not think you can be honest.
